Patrick McGill Travel and 4 Moons Travel

Patrick McGill Travel is an Affiliate and Independent Contractor of 4 Moons Travel. All bookings and reservations made with Patrick McGill Travel will be made under the name and credentials of 4 Moons Travel and are therefore subject to the Terms and Conditions established by 4 Moons Travel.

Price Quotes

All prices quoted during the Initial Consultation and Research and Development phases are estimates only and are subject to change. Prices are not firm until bookings and reservations are made.

Verification of documentation accuracy

The names listed on all bookings, reservations and all other documentation related to these bookings and reservations must match exactly as they appear on passports for international or driver’s license for domestic travel. Any fees incurred for errors are the responsibility of the traveler. Proper documentation must be obtained prior to departure. Patrick McGill Travel and 4 Moons Travel are not responsible for any incorrect documentation or failure to obtain said documentation. Passports are now required for travel outside the United States. Please refer to http://www.travel.state.gov for latest requirements.

Travel Visas may be required for travel to certain countries or areas. This can include ports of call or airports that the Client may travel through. The Client is responsible for obtaining any and all Visas that may be required while traveling internationally.

The Client also acknowledges that failure to insure that all names and documentation are accurate can result in denial of service for some or all members of the Client’s travel group.

We reserve the right to correct and adjust any typographical errors made prior to departure.

Payment

Client agrees to pay all fees and charges related to all bookings and reservations including, but not limited to taxes, fees, baggage fees, surcharges and tips and gratuities. If paid by credit card, Client will supply all credit card information needed to make the payment prior to the booking, and authorizes the use of the credit card for those bookings. Payment by any other method must be made in advance.

Additional fees may be incurred in the course of travel for items including, but not limited to, meals, excursions, tips and gratuities and other surcharges. The Client is responsible for the payment of these fees and charges.

The Client is responsible for all late fees and charges incurred due to late payment by the Client.

Once deposit is made it is nonrefundable. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment due date are subject to cancellation. Cancellation may result in forfeiture of entire package. Please note that actual amounts of penalties may vary depending on supplier and date of cancellation.

Changes or Cancellations by the Client

The Client is aware and acknowledges that cancellation or non-participation of one member of the Client’s travel group can affect the total cost of all other members of the Client’s travel group.

The Client acknowledges that unused or partially used tour features and components may be non-refundable.

The Client is also responsible for notifying Patrick McGill Travel of any additions of persons or other name changes, and is responsible any fees or charges resulting from these changes.

Air tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.

Patrick McGill Travel cannot accept responsibility for delays, cancellations, or missed connections relative to air travel and the effect it may have on the land only portion of the package. Patrick McGill Travel is not responsible for any delays or cancellations resulting from air travel purchased outside of package including frequent flyer miles.

Changes or Cancellations by Airlines, Cruise Lines, or Tour Operators

Patrick McGill Travel cannot accept responsibility for delays, cancellations, or missed connections caused by cruise lines or tour operators.

Patrick McGill Travel is an independent contractor, which makes arrangements with third party vendors for all travel services. All travel documents are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by such vendors. Neither Patrick McGill Travel, 4 Moons Travel, nor any of its agents or employees, shall be held liable for; and by accepting these Terms & Conditions and documents customer waives any claim against all such parties for; (a) any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act or omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by; any other transportation company; vendor or supplier; (b) any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other similar matter; (c) any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or change in fares or rates; and (d) any cancellation or double booking of reservations or tickets beyond the control of 4 Moons Travel.

Acts of God

Patrick McGill Travel and 4 Moons Travel do not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes, quarantine, sickness, pandemic, strikes, default, war, weather, or other acts of God or other causes. But do agree to act on client’s behalf to help resolve any issues. Such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passengers.

Travel Insurance

We strongly suggest that all clients protect themselves by purchasing travel insurance. There are a variety of travel insurance programs available from several insurers. If you choose not to purchase insurance you must sign declining insurance on the invoice/itinerary. Patrick McGill Travel and 4 Moons Travel are not responsible for denied claims. Client is responsible for reviewing policy details.

COVID Provisions

Client agrees that it is their personal decision to travel, and they are doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regards to the risks of COVID-19. We assume no responsibility for and shall not be liable for unsafe conditions or health hazards including pandemics or other illnesses. We have no special knowledge of dangers during travel or at destinations. For information related to such dangers, we recommend going to the State Department travel website at http://www.travel.state.gov, click on “Find International travel Information” then click on “Country Information”, and fill in the name of the destination country. For medical and health information, we recommend going to the Centers for Disease Control website at http://www.cdc.gov/travel, then click on “Destinations” and scroll to the name of the destination country.

Vaccination Requirements and Other Rules: We have no responsibility for COVID-19-related requirements that travel suppliers and governments may impose from time to time, such as required vaccinations, health affidavit forms, COVID-19 screenings prior to departure or upon arrival, face coverings, or quarantines. For the latest COVID-19 government travel regulations, we recommend going to IATA’s website at https://www.iatatravelcentre.com/international-travel-document-news/1580226297.htm. For the latest travel supplier requirements, check the website of each supplier, and keep checking because these rules are constantly changing, and we are not responsible for those changes.

RELEASE: Client hereby expressly all risks covered above, and expressly agrees to release, discharge and hold Patrick McGill Travel and the Agents, Employees and Principals of 4 Moons Travel harmless against any and all liability, actions causes of actions, suits, claims and demands of any and every kind and nature whatsoever which may arise out of or in connection with these risks.
